RE: Bell Express-Vu
I would just like to take a minute to vent my frustrations.
About eighteen months ago our family decided to purchase a Bell Expree-Vu satellite system.
We recently encountered a problem in which we had no signal. I immediatly contacted their customer service and after waiting for over 40 minutes I was finally answered by a snotty man who told me I needed to acces our menu.
I discovered that my menu button would not work and was told this is the only way he could resolve the problem.
The following day I went in to one of the retail outlets only to be told that I needed to purchase a new converter...at $89.00 (The entire system is currently on salle for $199.00 installed) I had no alternative but to purchase a new converter.
I find it troubling that I spend $80.00 per/month on service and was forced to purchase something due to a broken button only used once in the last year and a half!!
