We have also had trouble with Sears Service.

We purchased our apliances etc. from Sears along with service agreements.

Some were honored but others were not. The people we spoke with at sears and home central were rude to say the least.

We asked that the contracts be canceled and a refund made but that was back in October and we still haven't been able to resolve this issue or get our money back.

Buyer Beware.

We won't be doing any more business with Sears.
