On 02/18/00 I went to John Ritter at Highland Auto and asked if he would be interested in repairing my 1978 Ford LTD which was involved in an accident.
He looked the car over and estimated the repairs at $3100.00.
I asked if he was comfortable with this bid and would it cover any unforeseen costs.
I was told by him that he made his living at this and had figured in extra.I brought the car to him on 03/18/00. Three months later the repairs were still not completed.
He could not find the parts needed. I called almost every week and was told by John, when he was there, it would be another week to ten days.
