Apartment Complexes - Wellington on the Lake, Wichita Falls, Texas (TX) landlord has allowed excessive noise to continue, despite complaints by neighbor

Complaints.com received the following e-message on December 17, 2000:

My family and I have lived in an apartment complex called Wellington On The Lake here in Wichita Falls, Texas for almost a year.

During that year we have been subjected to upstairs neighbors who have been a constant sonic nightmare.

Finally we recorded the bombardment of noise in our living room at all hours of the night and the landlord promised eviction if the noise wasn't stopped.

It didn't. And yet the eviction threat was not followed through on.

Now we are being left with no recourse or hope of any intervention.

This has cost the well being of my entire family!

Do NOT come here expecting tolerable conditions to be enforced or any, I mean, any help or compassion from the management.

Live in your car, but don't come here!!
