Restaurants, Fast Food - McDonalds dill pickels should only be served on hamburgers when requested by customer

Complaints.com received the following e-message on December 17, 2000:

RE: Dill Pickels served on hamburgers at McDonalds

For many years now I have eaten in MacDonalds establishments all over north America.

When I order a hamburger it is always served with a DILL pickel.

I do not like dill pickels.

Most times when I request a hamburger without a pickel i AM TOLD TO JUST REMOVE IT.

I think it miight be a good practice for MacDonalds to inform their staff that dill pickels should only be srved when asked for.
