I ordered two gift baskets from this retailer's online site on Dec 3, 2000 (www.giftbasketscanada.com). Delivery was estimtated to be Dec. 12,2000.

 

I called on Dec. 13, since the items had not been delivered. I was told the order had not even been processed because 'they were too busy'.

 

These were gifts for my children. Had I known they couldn't handle the order, I would have made alternate arrangements. Now, it's too late.

 

If they could not or cannot fulfill orders when they say they are going to, the very least they can do is advise their customers.

 

Thanks for ruining what was to be a special surprise.
