RE: Bank of America Auto Leasing
I have never been so disgusted with any company as I am with Bank of America Auto Finance Group.
During the last three years of my lease, on many occasions they have failed to post my payments onto my account for up to 20 days.
I would send it before the due date and they would not post it until 15 to 20 days later.
Then, I would get a late fee. I would complain but it did no good.
The fines were removed once out of four times.
Also, on three occasions they sent my account to the "investigation department with a promise to get back to me. Never a response.
Finally, I gave up, I traded the car in and paid of the lease to Bank of America two months ago. Now, they will not close my account.
They just keep my thousands of dollars and pay from it month by month.
I get nowhere by calling them. Is there anything I can do???
