Bank of America Auto Finance Corp. has given me the worst service of any company that I have ever encountered anywhere.

Now, I have paid my lease of early, in full.

Bank of America will not close the account. Instead they hold on to the $3400 + dollars that I sent and pay my bill, month to month.

This affects my credit and is not fair.

When I complain, they say they will take care of it, but they don't do anything.

WARNING: NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, use Bank of America for a car loan (and maybe any other loans).

They do not care at all about they customer.

The bank is too big and is out of control.
