RE: Order # 456984749 - Dell Computer

Paul, We have spoken numerous times prior to me receiving my computer in the beginning of November.

I don't know if you recall the circumstances regarding my order, but Dell cashed my check Oct. 5, 2000 and continued to cancel my order.

My order was finally processed October 31, 2000.

When I spoke with you in the middle of October, you promised to double my computer's RAM to compensate me for all the problems that I was having with the order process.

When I received my computer it only had the 128 mgs of RAM that I had initially ordered. I am very frustrated with your company.

I have left several messages for you to no avail. My next step will be to draft and send, via certified return receipt mail, complaint letters to you, your supervisor, Dell's corporate office, and my attorney.

I went with Dell because I thought your reputation of superior service and quality would hold true.

Since purchasing one of your most expensive personal computers I have been treated poorly at best.

You have not fulfilled your portion of our agreement.

I expect a response to this correspondence by Wednesday, December 20, 2000.

Upon receipt of your response I will govern my actions accordingly.

Regretfully,

Kia Donovan-Rose
