Internet Service Providers - freeservice.com off-peak

Complaints.com received the following e-message on December 15, 2000:

I am e-mailing to complain about the service that freeserve are (not) providing.

After signing up for the off-peak freeserve time package, I have found that it often takes hours to get online.

This is not where the problem ends, as when you actually get online the service is riddled with dns errors and "cannot find server" messages.
