To whom it may concern... I'm a Marine in the Camp Lejeune area...I am a legal abiding citizen like you. I need your help with this....the following messages are complaints that myself and my fellow Marines / Family have sent to Blockbuster. Our complaints go unnoticed. Is there some way you can post these messages on your webpage? Thanks for your time and effort. (attached are the above said e-mails) Cpl J V. Hi all.... I've got a favor to ask of all of you. It will take a minute or two. I just got back from Blockbuster Video after viewing a survelience video. The reason I had to do this is because someone "aquired" my card and decided to check out a movie or two (or seven) and decided not to return them. They've got the guy on video, but company policy still holds me to the price of the movies. Before I go too indepth You can read exactly what happend in my e-mail to blockbuster. Well I got footed with the bill;a good 200 dollars. To top it...they were rude and they treated me as I had stolen their movies. What I'm asking of you, forward the next e-mail I send you to Email User and please throw in your two cents on the matter. If you could please pass it around so other people you know can see how Blockbuster treats their customers I would appreciate it. As your friend, I recommend due to the lack of security, profesionalism, and Gestapo type buisness handling procedures that you do not rent or buy movies from Blockbuster video. You will see what I am talking about in the next few minutes. Any help is appreciated... I just got off the phone with the blockbuster 30 miles away from my neighborhood at home and 300 miles away from me at school. Apparently someone stole my card and rented 7 movies. I am now accountable for the $100 fine, but i literally don't have $100. I feel your pain, let me know if you find something that works!
