I am a customer of your wireless services (626) 201-0246.

 

However, at the time when I subscribed your wireless services, the agent told me that MCI is the best wireless provider in California.

 

So I bought it.

 

But several weeks later, I found out that sometimes, when my friends or relatives called me, my cell phone didn't ring. Instead, it automatically change to my voice mail.

 

I have contact your customer services, technician dept, as well as your sales agent.

 

They told me that in my working area: Alhambra and new living area: Arcadia, MCI do has low signal or sometimes connection program.

 

I am trading stock right now while I am working in my law firm, however, due to ur bad quality services, I have lost $5000 us dollars last weeks because when my angent call me, he heard voice mail instead of ringing while I did turned my cell phone on during that time.

 

I missed this call, and I even lost $5000. That's why I called MCI wireless services to cancel my cell phone due to the sever bad quality services. but they said I should pay $200 earlier termanition fee.

 

Please be awared, I want to cancel MCI wireless services because of your bad service and signal, as well as transmit errors.

 

Your service has directly caused my financial difficulties.

 

A good company is running under good reputation, however, your bad service has caused me to tell my friends not to use your service when they want to buy a cell phone.

 

I am currently paying ur service fee, but I think due to ur bad quality service, I should not be liable for continuing paying your service.

 

I wanna cancel my service without termination fee.

 

So, in order to maintain your company's repuation, I hereby sincerely request that MCI could solve this problem for me.

In addition, your california customer service representatives especially the supervisor Moses is so rude. He is yelling me during the conversation.

 

They are treating your client like a "dog". So bad service.

 

I will never use ur MCI service again.
