Unbelievably bad service... I had an exam (i am near sighted and wear bifocals) and immediately went to order glasses and was told they would be ready next week.

Went to store and here were the glasses, without bifocal. Single vision for distance but no reading.

The clerk acknowledged that the Doctor in Walmart had been fired for having put wrong prescriptions on forms.

The distance ones worked fine so she said take them and she would meet with the manager next day and get it fixed and call me.

One week later and no call, i called them.

Now its my fault, I didn't order bifocals they said (as if i can read the prescription form the Doctor they fired for incompetence filled out!) They'll be glad to order new ones for me if i'll pay for them.

No no no. Not the way that's supposed to work. South Salem Oregon (Commercial Street) Store, small claims court to follow.

Avoid Walmart for any services (Optical, prescription, photo, etc.)... they don't stand behind their work.
