Internet Service Providers - CompuServe can't connect half the time with new CompuServe account

Complaints.com received the following e-message on December 9, 2000:

i've had my computer about two weeks.

this is the first one i have owned.

i purchased a compaq presario.

i accepted the rebate offer and the compuserve contract.

i have been very disappointed in the service. in two weeks i have not been able to be connected more than half the time.

i feel like i have not gotten the type of service i am expected to pay for .
