could you please help me with a problem i am having with my hmo (cigna). last december i had surgery for a spinal cord tumor. my doctor`s and my wife double checked all the paper work , to be sure it was all approved. we had refferals and approvels . but 2 months later i`m getting all these bills.
cigna is saying it`s my problem. i`ve been battling them for 6 months now to no avail. i thought my biggest concern was surviving surgery and learning how to walk again.
i made it through that. but this abuse from cigna is killing me. please help bob robinson
