Not only does Kincaid Furniture Gallery not take care of their customers they are downright rude. They not only delivery damaged goods but they say they will call and don't so, you have to hound them and it takes forever to get the replacement furniture and more than likely that piece will be damaged also.
And they make you feel as if its YOUR fault that the furniture is damaged. They do have VERY expensive and beautiful furniture in their showroom, its just a shame they deliver garbage!
