Complaints.com received the following consumer message on August 26, 2003:

I ordered some carebears for my niece back in February of 2003. May came and they still had not been received. This company had no phone number to talk to anyone except to place orders.

Everything had to be done by E-mail. I E-mailed them time and again and told them that I did not want anything sent anymore. They sent the stuff until august and charged my card who knows who received the stuff, so they say, and they won't provide you with signatures of who received the merchandise and still expect you to pay.

The worst part is that even if you do receive the stuff months later when you don't want it anymore, they do not take returns, so you are stuck with products that you do not need anymore.

The worse part is that the owner is the one that told me all this, instead of apologizing for their unprofessional service. TOYS GALORE 1474 W Granada Blvd Unit 410 in Florida.
