RE: Epson Stylus 3200 - can't figure out how to scan pictures and them e-mail pictures - unable to get help from Epson, despite contacting Epson twice I purchased the Epson Stylus 3200. I have been unable to figure out how to scan pictures, and email them. I can't figure out how to copy a photo on to photo paper. I have contacted Epson TWICE. The first time, I spoke with a man who told me he would email information that would help me to operate my print, scanner, copier. I am still waiting.

I just got off the phone with a lady who could NOT tell me how to operate the printer, scanner, copier. It is quite obvious that even the customer service representatives don't even know how to operate the printer, scanner, copier.

I am now going to return the printer, scanner, copier. It was a waste of money.
