I ordered a sofa table online from WoodenMemories.ca on June 18, 2003. I paid over $200.00 and have never received the table.

 

I have attempted to contact the business several times, by phone and email. She emailed me back one time saying she was sorry about the delay and that she would look into the situation. I still have no table. I asked for a refund and I got no response and no refund.

 

She comes across very customer service oriented in her emails and I want to believe that she is sincere, but I'm starting to feel like I got scammed. I feel that I should have more frequent communications from the business. I just want my table or a refund. I don't like being left in the dark, it's very unsettling.
