I am writing this as the chairman of purchase department of Christian medical college hospital. We purchased a water cooler, from M/S.Voltas Limited, 503 Anna Salai ,Teynampet, Chennai in May 2003.

This particular cooler has been giving problems from the day it was purchased. The float is not functional and now the outlet is blocked. Despite repeated complaints, noone has attended to it.
