Ordering is prompt - and in my case accurate...while they are securing the ability to make the charge to your credit card. The trouble for me came after I've been charged - they no longer are willing to do anything but try to intimidate me, in my opinion, over the phone and ultimately provide me with nothing. My experience was a simple attempt to return an item that was still in the same packaging just as it had been delivered.

 

They first attempted to wear me out by putting me on hold 5 or 6 different times for unknown reasons each time returning with another invalid argument quoting policy contrary to the way it is in writing. When there intimidation did not work I was simply left with a nasty "that's too bad for you" and was hung up on. They have several different web site "fronts", my unfortunate experience was through www.discountmaven.com . Eric Heras Brooklyn NY
