Olive oil sprayer manufactured to Targets specifications in China. Product fell apart and began leaking after several months of use. Advised by store representative that because my receipt had expired (90 days) no refund ($9.99) could be made.
After a heated debate he agreed to an exchange/replacement but at a lesser price($7.99) reflected by a prior sale. Filed consumer compliant with my states Attorney General. Problem solved, product returned for complete refund of purchase price.
Moral of this debacle, never set foot in a Target store again.
