I have to say this....I will never ever apply for a credit card from this company or anyone affiliated with it. I am a card holder that has not recd a statement from FCNB on time since 3/03. Without a statement, I do not send in my payments for the billing cycle.
Therefore, I wait. Once I receive the statement, it is already late. I have had two late fees of $35.00 accessed to my account due to the company not sending their statements out in a professional manner. This has forced me to pay off this card ( less the $70.00 in late fees).
I am happy that I will never have to deal with anyone from this company again. I hope that there is a class action lawsuit against them. I will love to be a part of that.
