AOL Access Number - 724-843-1313 runs at 28.8k Baud Rate - should be upgraded to 56k

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on August 25, 2003:

Why would you not make a short and simple call to arrange it to be increased to 56k?

The rest of the world operates minimally at 56k..........

Most things I have attempted to download (that are offered by AOL) don't even finish.......

They just sit there............ due to -- you guessed it! -- the 28.8k BAUD rate!

Why should I not go to another ISP, when my complaints over the last 6 months, and in 5 or 6 separate occasions -- seems to be an exercise in futility?

I am shopping around...... AOL's days surely are numbered should this not be rectified in the very near future.
