Not only did they not refund my money for a ridiculously horrible car wash but they gave me such rude attitude about it that I took back the products I bought at their store. Then I cut my leg on some contraption while I was doing their job and wiping down my windows for a third time! It looked like they never even vacuumed the inside. After the first wash, I could scrape all kinds of guck off my car and windshield. The attendant was just wiping all this gritty crap around scratching up my paint job.
