Complaints.com received the following consumer message on August 25, 2003:

RE: AOL - unauthorized charge for AOL long distance service - failed attempt to cancel service

AOL charged my credit card with AOL long distance service that I did not permit.

I have tried to cancel the service but they keep charging my account.
