McDonalds, Algonquin Blvd., Timmins, Ontario, Canada - not kept as clean as it was previously

Dear Sir/Madame,

I live near Timmins Ontario, Canada. We have one McDonalds restaurant in Timmins with a playland. About 8 years ago, when my son was very young, we would frequent this restaurant because of the newly built 'playland'...

It was great! Sadly, over the past couple of years, the place is not being kept clean. The play area always seems to reek of children's 'diapers' and visible grime is always present on and around the play equipment. The eating area also looks shabby and unkempt, especially when compared to the way this place looked not so long ago, and, other McDonalds' around the province. I have complained at the counter as have other people I know.

I was told by an employee (in confidence) that any complaints are filed in the garbage can to prevent the franchise owner from being alerted to any problems. Because of the poor sanitary habits this establishment keeps I refuse to go there any longer. Many other people I know feel likewise. I hope you will be able to look into this situation and rectify any problems this restaurant seems to be having. As it stands now, the McDonalds (on Algonquin Blvd.) in an embarrassment.
