RE: Tim Horton's, Richmond Rd., Ottawa, Ontario, Canada - fresh donuts not available - rude service experience l have been eating at Tim Hortons from day one and alway enjoy the people a the the servies.. Until l went to one of your stores in Ottawa on Richmond RD . The lady in that store was the most rudest person l have every seen. All we ask while there there was no fresh donuts.

She laugh in are face when l said was going to complain to the manger, she said so what and call the cook and they both laugh at us She said we have donuts that they where going to throw in the garbage we could have them. l got to tell you my wife and l are not pigs.

This is not the first time this so call lady as been rude to us and if nothing is done l feel that you have let Tim down and you have lie about your friendly service. E. Leedham

I know the lady who did this. It's now 2008 and SHE STILL WORKS THERE. The owner's name is Mohammed and I've complained to him on several occasions about her conduct. He finally informed me that she's protected under NATIVE employment rights and it's difficult if not impossible to fire her. She is a tyrant and a sadist. I'm sorry you had such an awful experience. At least there's a Starbucks on Carling with far more cheerful and better trained staff.
