They are resellers for a company called dv2.com, and Iexpresshost.com is owned by a man named Peter Ho out of Viet Nam. I held several accounts / domains with this company for about two months during which time the service was periodically down (my websites were unavailable) and the mail servers were down more than that (my email service was inoperative often) - the worse thing about my experience is that they never once answered any of my MANY requests fro service, or tech help...
the last straw was when my password stopped allowng me access to the mySql server where a database was stored for me to make a backup and they again never answered my emails and i ultimately lost my entire database.
