AOL - cancelled last month - charged for this month's service also

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on August 23, 2003:

I canceled aol a last month. Unable to use it. But they just charged mr for this month.

Even though When I canceled there service rep. said they would credit me a month so that wouldnt happen.
