AT&T Wireless has charged me three different times for a late fee that they can not explain. This is a small cent charge, however if they are charging all their customers a late fee, would this not add up to a substantial amount? On the statement there is not a due date, only "due upon receipt".

 

When I called they told me it is due by the 9th of the next month. My payment has always been made before the billing month has even expired, but still a late charge is billed.
