J.D. Marvel Products - paid for product in 2002 - still haven't received shipment - promised, but haven't received refund

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on August 23, 2003:

I have not received any repsonse from JD marvel products since November of 2002. I sent a cheque for a product, they cashed it within two weeks. I still have not received a refund or the item.

I called them numerous times and have been on hold forever. But was always assured my refund would arrive within 15 business days. Yeah Right.
