RE: Auto Radiator Outlet - 1.800.bodyparts - received defective, leaking radiator - left stranded with no other transportation as result - had to pay for rental car

Auto Radiator Outlet 1-800-252-0333 / AKA 1.800.bodyparts hotline. I purchased a radiator from these people and it was shipped to a midas store in houston texas.

This new radiator was defective (had many holes) and leaked. I called this company from the install garage (midas) and told them what the problem was. Their response was that even though their warehouse was in the same city they would not replace the defective radiator until the next monday even though (it was in stock). I explained I was stranded and had no other transportation and had to go to work that evening, I had purchased this product based on the lifetime guarantee they told me they had. I ended up having the car towed to a dealer and renting a car for a few days until the radiator could be replaced by the dealer. I returned the defective part to the seller and requested that my rental costs/shipping costs and tow truck charges be repaid to me due to their fault. I was told on the phone by David B that they would refund my money for the rental/ shipping/tow truck, but this hasn't yet happened.
