Complaints.com received the following consumer message on August 23, 2003:

I placed an order with Classiccloseouts.com on 8/1/03. I recieved the order but it is missing an $7.49 dress that I was charged for - item #4AR057 code 0249. In addition I ordered 2 windbreakers and both were sent but are not the color I ordered - SKU #3BJ149 Code 4461 and 4459. A toy that ordered was also sent, but the packaging is completely ripped up - SKU# 5DZ303.
I have tried emailing them 5 times and have not recieved one response back. I cannot locate a phone number for them anywhere even after an exhausting internet search. I am at a loss now since I cannot get any response from them. I want a refund for the amount of the dress or send the actual dress that would be fine. I prefer the other color that I orinally ordered for the windbreakers but can live with the one I have. Please forward this to Classiccloseouts.com the below email address are the ones on their website that I have several emails to with no response. mailto:Email User mailto:Email User mailto:Email User mailto:Email User Since Classicclouseouts.com advertising on CoolSavings.com and has coupons on the internet I never assumed that this would happen to me.
