The Kay jeweler store I am speaking of is in Waldorf, Maryland I understand this is a total company policy. Thank You !

Kay jeweler policy on trade in your purchase of a diamond ring is out of site. fifteen years ago we purchase a $4,000.00 ring out kay and now the store is saying in order to trade to another ring we have to make a $8,000.00 purchase. we were willing to spend $1,000.00 or so to up grade this ring.
Someone needs to explain to George Bush why the American economy is so far off. big companies are so hungry for a dollar, they have these crazy policies which I myself along with my wife will never shop kay jeweler stores again ! no end to all the high value of gold, rings etc. we purchase over our twenty years with kay jeweler stores.
