I ordered a computer case on a Tuesday and paid the $3 "expedite my order" charge. Over the next several days I tried to track my order through their site, I tried calling - but just got voicemail.

 

Finally, on Friday I got through and was rudely told that my item was on backorder. They would not substitute, nor would they have told me about the delay if I hadn't called.
