To whom it may concern. I have read through the most recent complaints and have found others with the same problem as I have encountered.. I bought a Hampton Bay fan from Home Depot. It ran for approximately 3 weeks and the fan motor stopped. The lights still work, but no fan. I would just like to know what steps need to be followed to resolve this issue.
