I recently purchased a 128MB external data storage unit from the McAfee Store. The final cost to me was supposed to be $49.95 after their discount and a rebate. The item was received without the rebate form and several emails to customer support have been ignored.

Furthermore a friend purchased a 256MB locally from for 49.95. That is twice the capacity without the McAfee hassle On top of everything I can't get the darn thing to work.
