Diners Club South Africa - applied for Diners Club card

At the end of April 2004 I was contacted by Diners Club South Africa.

They apologized for the inconveniances caused and hand delivered the card themselves. I'm unsure if there was any changes to the courrier company they used in 2003, however I have to say that the matter has been settled by them, but I will keep updating the complaints.com site as to Diners Club's and/or their courrier's performance. RE: Diners Club South Africa - applied for Diners Club card, but still haven't received it I applied for a Diners club card at the start of August through a local bank, and are still waiting for the card. I had a really bad experience with Diners Club South Africa. Every week when I go to my local bank to find out if the card arrived already, it is not. They then call Diners Club to find out what is going on and Diners Club will then apologise for not dealing with the application, promise to call me, and then do so the same day, with more promises.

Then all communications come to a halt, until I go to bank again 1 week later trying to locate the cards, then it is the same old process starting all over again. Last week Friday I was contacted and told the card was approved and that they would contact me this week Monday to bring the card to me by courrier. I'm still waiting for any such call and think that I will now start a more public international campaign. Since I had good response when I complained last year, I thought I would contact Complaints.Com again. Thanks for such a good service (not Diners Club). Tnx & Bi
