This customer must not shop at Charleston Department Store we are a bottom store meaning we specialize in Blue Jeans. We sell several brands including full blue that start at $15.00 per pair and levi's jeans starting at $25.00 per pair. I am not sure what he is taking about $82.00 pair of jeans? We dont sell any.

RE: Charleston Department Store, Charleston, WV - upset about high prices Okay I have a complaint, but I have to admit this is my first time that I have ever used this website and I don't know where or who my complaint will go to but I think it needs to be addressed:

I have a problem concerning the type of jeans that they are making today. Bell-bottomed jeans and the kind that looks like that they haven't been washed in months.

What happened to regular normal jeans. Bell-bottoms don't look very good on someone who is short with short legs. Except for bell-bottomed pants. I don't have a problem with any those types but I hate the bell-bottomed jeans! Every store that I have been to sells only those. Whenever I put them they won't either go up past my hips (even when they are in my size), or just when I thought I found the perfect pair I turn around in the dressing room mirror in the store and the back of them gap way out revealing my underwear.

Or when I find a pair that fits, they are extremely baggy! Am I doing something wrong. I want regular jeans, not something that looks like it was washed only once!

And I also have a complaint concerning the Charleston Department Store in Charleston, West Virginia. The merchandise that they sell has ridicously high prices. I found a pair of jeans that costed $82.00. Or maybe I was seeing things, but when I was there looking for jeans, my parents refused to buy anything there because of the high prices.

I don't know maybe I just have a big mouth, but I never have the chance to express myself to the rest of the world but I thought I would voice my thoughts and opinions right here. I just thought that is how business booms, by listening to it's customers and addressing there concerns! Thanks alot to whoever reads this message!
