I took my Honda Passport to Rick Hendrick Honda in Charleston, S.C. because of the engine knocks and burns 1 quart of oil every 1000 miles. The service manager told me that it is normal for a 1999 Honda Passport to burn that much oil every 1000 miles.
I believe that there are trying to get out of fixing my SUV and it's under my extended warranty. My brother has a 1988 Mazda B2000 with 250K and he has never had this kind of problem. I'm going to tell all of my family, friends and associates not to buy any products from Honda EVER again !!!
You can take that to the bank.
