I placed an order for a replica jersey on www.soccerfanatix.com and so far they have been very unhelpful and unresponsive to my inquiery about expected shipping date. Before I placed the order the responses to my questions were quite brisk, but after I actually placed an order the responses stopped instantaneously.

 

I was told by an e-mail from them that the product I wanted is in stock and any intem in stock will be shipped in 48 hours after purchase. If the item is not in stock they mentioned that they will contact you within 24 hours. What they told on both accounts were not true.

 

I sent an e-mail after 48 hours to ask about shipping but got no reponse back. It has been more than a week since my purchase and still not a word from the vendor.
