Actually it is for CITIBANK and the web site is www.citibank.com.

Dear customer care officer , Please lodge my complain that when i had applied for the card your executive was saying that there will be no interest up to two years for escorts employees and there will be free petrol coupons worth rs. 500/- neither i have recieved that one and i have taken that card , now i chatted with the customer care officer he is telling that no interest free scheme is there . So kindly confirm me , about this scheme urgently and only then i will use this card

Till now i didn't recieved any bill statement but customer care officer was saying that it was dispatched and after the due date the interest will be charged. So kindly send it to me again and i will not pay any interest before recieving the bill statements. Kindly get back to me soon . Thanx and regds satyendra
