About a month ago, at Seattle Fred Meyer (Fremont), I purchased a pair of Levi-Straus 505's that I brought home, hemmed, and put on only yesterday. The zipper is broken, i.e., it won't lock. Every time I sit down or bend over, the zipper falls. I do not have my purchase slip any longer. But the L-S label says "Every Pair Guaranteed." Is this true or am I just going to lose out??
