Hi,

We had a whirlpool dishwasher, and the seals were leaking. How long does it take to get parts in? It seems in this day and age it's usually a couple of days. Well is going on 3 weeks. We really like our whirlpool but, I am wondering if it's the store or the company. I mean it's only 2 seals.

Is this how whirlpool does business or is it Ray's TV & appliance in Fond du Lac Wisconsin!!!!!!! Come on could you PLEASE tell me what is going on. My husband bought it for me really nice but if this is how long it takes to get a part I think we need to look at another brand.
