Dear Sir ,

This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased aqua guard from you local dealers in Vellore in jan 2003 Since the time it was installed it was causing a lot of problem Unfortuantely your agents did not handle it effeciently Despite asking them to change the piece they tried to repair that I way away for a year so i could not write to you M6y father in law rang up a several times but no one came to repair it.

When i came here i found the aqua guard was continuously leaking Despite of repeated calls to the local agent things are still not sorted out Now they expect me too pay some 500 rupees for fitting some part This is absolutely ridiculous I am amazed at the way the things are going on and it is indeed shameful that such a so called reputed company cannot work efficientky I have repetedly rung up the local dealer but in vain If this continues i will surely file a case in the consumers court for further action.
