I have a accidental death insurance policy with Continential casualty insurance co out of Chicago. On 11/21/02, my husband died of an accidental death, confirmed by the medical examiners office. A claim was filed with the above co. and to date they have not disputed this claim nor have they paid it.

All I have recieved are generic letters, no phone calls and this is after numerous calls, emails and faxes to them. They keep sayong they ae waiting for "additional information" from the medical examiers office.This has been gong on for over 7 months.

Tjsi has caused me extreme financial hardship and I havent had the money to even spread my husband's ashes or have a memorial services per his wishes. If anyone out there has had a problem with this company please email me at:
