hello

my name is Carol Pringle and i purphased a 2000 ford taurus from Matt Blatt dealership in Glassboro NJ on 5/14/02. On 8/3/02 the engine went and i paid to have it towed back to the dealer and he wants me to paid 1500 for a engine on a car i have only had less then 90 days.

i am into the bank for a loan of 10,000 and i don't have a car and he feels he doesn't have to replace engine or car . told me to pay off the loan and then apply for another one. i am a working grandmother and that was my only transportation.

i could barely afford the 289.91 monthly but i thought it was worth it to finally have reliable transportation, to work and taking my granddaughter to school and day care. please help me, i don't know if i can also afford to get a lawyer. thank you in advance,
