Stretch Lace Comfort Bras from Dream Products - paid for order on June 11 - order still not received

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on August 5, 2002:

Hello:

I ordered Stretch Lace Comfort Bra's from Dream Products, 412 Dream Lane, Van Nuys, CA 91496 on June 11, 2002. When I received my credit card statement on July 5th my account was charged for the purchase but I had not received the merchandise.

I called them and I was told since it was more than 20 days since I ordered they would send out another shipment. As of today, August 5th, I still have not received the merchandise. Thank you for your time
