A few months ago, I listed an item to sell on eBay. After the auction ended, I tried logging into eBay to pay for the cost of listing the item. However, I could never do so. I was (and still am) constantly stuck in a loop in the "Passport Log-In" section asking if I am logged into eBay.

All my information is correct, but after entering in all info, I'm constantly returned to the same "Passport Log-In" page again and again. Needless to say, I cannot and have not paid eBay. eBay has consistently sent me invoices and past due notices, and I have tried many, many times to email them with my problem. All I receive in return are automated emails that either do not relate to my problem or do not solve it. I have even begged for a real person to return my email. I have emailed every department I could find an address for. After literally 20 or 30 automated emails, all saying the same thing, I have gotten nowhere. The cost for listing is negligible, but this whole situation has me ready to hire a lawyer. It was the email from eBay stating that they're going to turn the account over to a collection agency that did it for me. Again, all I want to do is pay eBay. Should be simple, right? Log on and pay. Sorry to say, that has not been my experience. I have tried everything I know how to do, and am quite upset. eBay should have some responsibility and hire a real person in customer support. That and provide a phone number. Needless to say, all I want is to pay them, revoke my membership, and never deal with them again. It's been that bad. And I'm a calm, patient person. John
